[sisx] The ONE 3d hd fighting ported to sisx

Digital Legends The One Ngage 2.0 game i made SISx version of this game , for those who get errors in installing this game with N-gage 2.0 installer , you can now install sis version with default installer and you see the new icon in menu.
-Disable open4all patch in rompatcher to play the game , otherwise it wiil not open.

REQUIREMENTS : -PIPS installer and all Ngage installer files i have e71 and i got error everytime when i install , thats why i made sis version.
